🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Upon receiving your order, we process and ship it within 15-25 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. For domestic shipping within the United States, we work with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For international shipping, DHL or USPS International handles deliveries.
Important: Shipping and processing do not occur on weekends or national holidays unless otherwise specified (e.g., Christmas).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 15-25 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered in 3-9 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. If you experience delays or have concerns, feel free to contact us for updates.
📍 LOCAL PICKUP
Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email or text notification. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3:30 PM EST. Be sure to bring your order confirmation number and a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order.
🚚 LOCAL DELIVERY (COMING SOON)
If you're located within a 40-mile radius of our facility, we’ll soon offer local delivery for a flat fee. Delivery time options include same-day or scheduled delivery. You’ll receive a text notification once your order is en route.
📦 EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1 PM EST on Fridays will arrive by the next business day (Monday). Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
🇺🇸 US ORDERS
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (if Saturday delivery is selected).
🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS International. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
🌐 CUSTOMS INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the import regulations of your country. Once the order leaves our facility, we are not liable for customs delays. If your order is denied entry and returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
⚡ EXPEDITED SHIPPING (RUSH PROCESSING)
Rush processing ensures that your order is verified, prepared, and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders must be placed and charged by 1 PM EST, Monday to Friday, to qualify.
📍 ADDRESS CHANGES
Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order has been fulfilled. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly to request a reroute.
📦 ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to our efficient order processing system, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
